Challenge
Automate two different outreach strategies without losing personalisation, data quality or control over sending volumes and schedules.
Solution
A modular n8n workflow architecture that handles research, enrichment, daily sending, reply analysis, follow ups and database updates.
Process
Construction of specialised modules for each stage, adaptation of research criteria and messages to each client, connection of sources and inboxes, then testing of rules, daily limits and reply scenarios.
Two projects built on the same technical foundation
The automations developed for Kyto and REDFOX Studio share a common architecture, then adapt research criteria, data, messages and tracking rules to the needs of each client.
Automation for REDFOX Studio
The system searches for venues matching precise criteria, enriches each address with missing information and prepares emails adapted to every contact. Messages are sent at a defined time with a controlled daily limit. Replies, follow ups and database updates are then handled automatically.

From first contact to follow up
The Kyto system identifies specific venues, completes missing contact details and writes personalised emails. It then sends a defined number of messages each day at the chosen time. Replies are read and classified before a suitable answer is prepared. Contacts without a reply receive automatic follow ups and every action updates the database.

Fully local orchestration
Both projects run from a local n8n instance. The stages remain separate and readable, making them easier to control, maintain and adapt while keeping the data on the machine.
